What is Roboretro?
You can compose a retrospective using a repository of more than 100 activities (courtesy of Retromat). If you’re a team member facilitating a retrospective while the Scrum Master is away, a “rotating Scrum Master” or an experienced Scrum Master looking for inspiration, Roboretro will come handy by proving lot of content, a support for facilitation and keeping track of your retro actions.
What is a retrospective?
The Sprint Retrospective is an opportunity for the Scrum Team to inspect itself and create a plan for improvements to be enacted during the next Sprint.
The Roboretro Team
This is the team that has developed Roboretro:
Thiru Satkunam, Android Engineer
I have developed apps for Java, Blackberry, and Android phones. I have been also a core Java developer to write RESTful APIs mainly using Spring technologies. I am a full stack developer who can build a client with the middleware needed.
Manuele Piastra, Scrum Master & Agile Coach
I am a software Engineer that over the years has gradually shifted from the main skill, developing Java Enterprise Applications, to a new passion: helping teams & organizations to succeed. My belief in the Agile mindset and knowledge of the Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) are some of the tools that I use to support teams on their quest to continuous improvement, along with training, mentoring and one-to-one coaching. In my free time I code on Android, listen to Baroque music and try not to hurt myself in the gym.
